E-circular at the Faculty of Mechatronics

The graduates of the Faculty will be issued an e-circular upon their defence. The former students crossed out or resigning from studies will be issued one when the decision about them being crossed out comes into force.

The people who had their defence or have been crossed out prior to 17.03.2021 and who do not have their student cards settled according to the previous rules, are asked to report their interest in settling this issue with the use of an e-circular at dziekanat.mchtr@pw.edu.pl

You can check the information about the status of signatures entered into the e-circular upon logging into USOSweb, the for all / circulars tab.

Please pay attention to the status of your e-circular and contact us if there are any reservations as to its settlement.

Once all fields in the e-circular have been accepted by the Students Evidence Department of PW, responsible for issuing diplomas and archiving documents of former students, you will receive an automated message with a confirmation of this fact.

We hope that these changes will facilitate the process of settling matters with the University.
