My parents lost everything - help needed!

"No less than 16 firefighters divisions have been engaged in combating the fire. The whole operation took around 12 hours. The fire has rapidly spread and despite an immediate response and preventive action, the losses are enormous, both in terms of livestock lost and buildings damage. The fire also damaged the agricultural machines in a nearby garage, including a harvester and a cultivation and sowing unit.” This is the message we have received about a fire at the family house of one of our students.
