Payment for repeated classes in winter 2020/2021

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the payment for repeating courses in stationary studies is halved.

Legal basis :

Studies Regulations at Warsaw University of Technology §33

The Rector may issue an administrative decision to cross out in case of:
4) the student failing to make payments connected with studies

  • Decision no. 89/2019 of Rector of PW dated. 24.06.2019
  • Decision no. 28/2020 of Rector of PW dated 29.09.2020 §1

Due to COVID-19 epidemic the payments for repeating selected classes during stationary studies due to unsatisfactory results over winter 2020/2021 is halved, based on the decision no. 123/2021 of the Rector of PW dated June 18th, 2020 on the pricing of classes and other forms of education in the 2020/2021 academic year and the decision no. 89/2019 of the Rector of PW datedJ June 24th, 2019 on the prices of classes and other forms of education.

These lowered prices apply to these courses, for which at least one class is conducted remotely, replacing the classes defined in the programme as stationary.

 

Schedule of conduct valid at the Faculty of Mechatronics for the students of stationary studies (daily): 

ATTENTION:

the charging has only been made for repeating the winter semester

-         on October 28th, 2020 the USOS system will provide information on payments (see: individual student’s account - PENDING CHARGES)

-         between October 28th, 2020 and November 3rd, 2020 all issues regarding charges for the winter semester will be settled. Please send your emails to  agata.andruszkiewicz@pw.edu.pl in order to discuss all wrongly charged payments

-        on November 3rd, 2020,  final lists of payments will be available in USOS. On this day, all these payments will change their status to payments due and no corrections will be possible.

 

All payments should be made to the individual accounts by NOvember 10th, 2020.

 

People charged with over 500 PLN can apply to have the payment split into installments.

Appropriate forms along with the request justification should be sent to agata.andruszkiewicz@pw.edu.pl by no later than November 2nd, 2020 (forms are available in USOS).

Main payment deadlines:

10.11.2020 – payment deadline

In case a request for payment in installments has been accepted, the following dates apply:

10.11.2020 – 1st installment

10.12.2020 – 2nd installment

10.01.2021 – 3rd installment

NOTICE:

The decision regarding the amount of the installment and its payment date is made by the Dean.

The payment should be made to the individual accounts - available in USOS.
