The "researcher's workshop" has been developed as a result of the postulates of PhD students concerning making the existing curricula more attractive and offering classes enabling the shaping of competencies necessary to achieve the learning outcomes appropriate for level 8 of the Polish Qualification Framework required of a person holding a PhD degree, as well as increasing the effectiveness of work of young researchers, acquiring transferable competencies attractive on the labour market and increasing the chance of building a career based on research conducted both at the university and outside it.

As part of the developed module proposals, a predominant role will be played by workshops and training groups (at least 60% of the offered hours according to the project assumptions) offered to doctoral students from both doctoral schools and doctoral studies.
