"5th ALICE Upgrade Week" Conference

Students and staff from the Warsaw University of Technology's Faculties of Physics, Electronics and Information Technology, Mechatronics and Automobiles and Working Machines attended a prestigious conference focusing on the modernisation of the ALICE detector, one of the key research instruments used at CERN. The event was attended by people involved in the development of research projects related to large-scale physical experiments. Our staff play a key role in the implementation of new technological solutions, including the development of detector mechanics and the creation of DCS systems. Their participation in the modernisation of the ALICE detector highlights the importance of Polish scientists in global Big Science research projects. More information
