Registration – September 2022. Bachelor studies and Master studies

16th September 2021 (Friday) – the last day for applying/sending applications:

• registration → concerning only those who do not have enough ECTS points and do not suit the requirements of the registration in compliance with the Ordinance of the Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics no. 03/2021;
• extension of the due date for submitting a diploma thesis (regarding students attending final semester)→ concerning only those who passed all the subjects required by the study plan.

Attention! The due date for applying for admission to diploma examination:

• on the first-cycle studies until 10th September 2022 (The students who want to participate in second-cycle studies recruitment should defend their thesis by 15th September 2022)
• on the second-cycle studies until 15th September 2022

Note: please be up to date with checking your course credits on the USOS website and, if there are any contradictions, verify them in the first instance with your course tutor

19th September 2022 – 29th September 2022 – registration is open (the Student’s Office is closed)
Note: the results of the registration will be available on the USOS website (after logging into your account)
29th September 2022 (Thursday) – appeals against the registration decision to the Vice-dean for Studies  
will take place remotely via MS Teams from 09:00 to 13:00; please register for the meeting until 15:00, 28th September 2022 to the following address: rejestracja.mchtr@pw.edu.pl
Note: Students of the last semester who do not take the diploma exam on time have to submit applications for repeating the semester or extension of the due date for submitting diploma thesis
 
Students who passed all the subjects required by the study plan can only apply for an extension of the diploma.
