19th edition of the ABB Award Contest
The primary goal of the Contest is to support talented people passionate about advanced technology. The organiser accepts all successfully defended BE, MA and PhD papers, written in Polish or in English.
12th edition of the Student-Inventor Polish Contest
You can now apply to the 12th edition of the Student-Inventor Polish Contest. The aim of the contest is to promote intellectual property protection and integrate the community of students-inventors. The contest is addressed to the students, PhD-students and postgraduates who during their course of studies were creators and co-creators of an invention or a pattern used in general use or in industry.
Cyberspace soldiers
We would like to invite you to the How to become a soldier of the Cyberspace Protection Army online meeting, scheduled for 14 December at 10:30 (VTC platform). The meeting is addressed at the students of final terms of first and second-degree studies. Duration: 60 minutes + 20-30 min. for Q&A.
Money tokenising

Erasmus+ - information meetings
We would like to inform you that in December there will be 2 online information meetings for students who want to go to study or internship under Erasmus+ in the 2022/2023 academic year.
Szlachetna Paczka at PW
You can also be Santa Claus - you only need to support the PW Szlachetna Paczka programme. This year, we will help the families of Agnieszka and Sylwia. The action of gathering gifts for them will last until 10 December.
Anti-COVID-19 vaccination
The vaccination point dedicated to the Warsaw University of Technology community (employees, students, PhD students) will be launched on December 3-4 in the clinic complex at Mochnackiego 10a.

"Scientific Debut 2022" - "Sustainable development and European Green Deal"
We would like to invite you to a contest for an innovative scientific paper. The goal of this action is to facilitate a debut in a scientific publication. The possiblities are as follows: a monograph, a scientific journal, a revised summary of an international scientific conference or a presentation of the achievement to be revised during an international scientific conference.

As of November 19, the Rector's Order No. 110/2021 comes into force. It defines the rules of operation of PW during the pandemic. We urge you to familiarize yourself with the document. NCN OPUS – call for applications for master’s degree student position
Institute of Micromechanics and Photonics (Faculty of Mechatronics, Warsaw University of Technology) announces a call for a Master Student position within the NCN OPUS 19 Project entitled “[PHAICELL] Coherent quantitative phase microscopy: revisiting the basics and proposing novel numerical reconstruction methods with applications for advanced label-free bio-imaging”.

Eiffel Excellence - a chance for MEng in France
Eiffel Excellence is a prestigious scholarship programme of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. It is dedicated for the most talented foreign students who would like to study in France during their 2nd degree or PhD studies in four areas: technical sciences, economy, law and political sciences, as well as, additionally, in broadly understood technical and environmental sciences of the PhD level.
Engineers 4.0
The students of PW may apply for the fourth edition of the “Engineers 4.0” educational programme organised by Siemens. As a part of the programme, the participants will take part in workshops organised by Siemens and their business partners. These are scheduled to take place on 30 November and 2, 6 and 8 December. There will be a novelty this year - some courses dedicated to the challenges young women face on the work market, as well as to the prejudice, inequalities they face, complemented by the ways of dealing with these phenomena. For the first time in the history of the programme, the ladies will take part in courses pertaining to modern energy management and smart buildings.
